Mayank started Bake Factory on April of 2015 with a vision to build a vast netwrok of bakery thats serves the best quality of bakery products!

With this mission in mind, Mayank came back from Australia and started his own bakery which is one of top bakeries in NCR of Delhi.

Mayank was always bent towards hotel management and did engineering because his family believed that post-engineering a person can be much more successful than a hotel manager. He even got selected and offer from Institute of hotel management-Aurangabad, but had to let go to pursue engineering.

He did his Engineering in IT from Mdu Rohtak in 2010, post which he went to do his MBA/MIS from Deakin University Australia. After completing that he worked at various places, to name some, Etihad Stadium, Flemington Race Course, Aami Park, and Rod Laver Arena.

He always had a passion of baking, which he felt was being neglected in his profession. He returned to India to pursue his passion, which was supported by a strong foundation of his leadership skills.

At Bake factory, our founder, Mayank, runs everything. He bakes, he handles inventory, he handles cash supply, he handles the entire supply chain management, he handles invention, he handles growth, he handles customer support, you name it and he handles it. He is our go-to man for everything!

Now, he has automated the bakery to this extent, that even when he is not in the bakery, it can still run smoothly. Hence, giving him ample amount of time to work on his dream to open a network of bakeries that provides the best quality and puts costumer above everything else!

  • Petition Government to create more informative uses of the terms “fresh baked”, “bakery”, “from scratch” to better educate the public about where their food is from and what is in it.
